Audience Research

I have created a number of polls on my blog, This will help me conduct research on my target audience. By doing this it will help me create a music video that is directly targeted towards them, this is so my audience have something to relate to and the video will act as the biggest selling tool for the song/album. I will also make a digipak that appeals to them, it may want to make to consumer visit the bands website and buy the album.

The questions that I have asked within my polls will help me to understand my audience demographically and also psychographically. This will help me make sure I know my target audience the best I can.

Advanced Portfolio Brief Specification

For our advanced portfolio we were presented with a range of different briefs to choose from.
The brief that I have chosen asks us to create a promotional package for a new album release ...

1. A website homepage for the band
2. A cover for it's release as part of a digipak
3. A magazine advertisement for the digipak
